Utility, Tax and Assessment E-Notices

Utility Notice Options

The Town of Pilot Butte offers two ways in which residents can receive their Utility Notice or Tax/Assessment Notices. By regular mail or by electronic e-billing.
The Town is aiming to have most of its residents signed up for e-billing by the end of 2019. By receiving your Utility Notice or Tax/Assessment Notice electronically the Town saves on the costs of paper, labour and postage and of those postage being the most significant cost. Currently we produce over 9500 pieces of mail annually related to Utility Notices.
If you would like to have your Utility Notice, Tax Notice and/or Assessment Notice emailed to you as an electronic EBILL, please note that a Consent Form must be filled out and returned to the Town Office in order for the Town to process your request.  Click on the link below to access the fillable Consent Form. By submitting the form to the Town Office, you are agreeing to receive the requested Notices via email.
