DESCRIPTION:Forever in Motion is a fitness class for older adults. The program goal is to improve and/or maintain the health of older adults living in the community through education and physical activity. The program includes endurance, strength, balance and flexibility activities which may be performed either in sitting or standing positions. This is a free program offered on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Pilot Butte Community Hall from Fall to Spring.
