How can I sign-up for e-notices/the Customer Portal?

  1. To sign up for e-Notices rather than mailed paper notices visit https://pilotbutte.ca/e-billing-registration/ to submit the request.
    This will need to be done before registering for a Customer Portal account.
  2.  After submitting a request to change from mailed notices and receipts to e-Notices, you will need to create an account in the Customer Portal. See section above “Registering/Accessing Your Customer Portal Account” for information on how to register.
    Your first e-Notice email will contain a link to register on the Customer Portal and your Customer Number required for registration.
  3. You’re all set!  Your next notice or payment receipt will be sent by email notifying you there is a new document available to view on your Customer Portal, with a link to the website.
