Hello Spring! Spring tips & reminders
Today is officially the first day of Spring!! 🌷
As the season changes & we transition to spring, please keep in mind of a few spring tips & reminders:
🐶 𝐏𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 – please remember to keep your pets leashed when walking in public spaces and parks, and please clean up after the pet.
❄️ 𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐰 & 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥 – when clearing your driveway and walkway of snow and ice please do not put it on the road, including when breaking up ice build up at the curb. This can cause a mess and build up on the road, and is prohibited as per the Town’s Snow and Ice Policy.
🏍 𝐀𝐓𝐕 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 – all ATV’s being operated on Town property must be registered and display a registration tag provided by the Town of Pilot Butte. ATV registrations must be renewed annually, the renewal fee is $15 per plate.
🪨 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 – as the snow melts and the streets dry, street sweeping take place throughout Town. Please watch the Town’s social media, website & notification systems, such as 𝗩𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁, for notification of planned street sweeping days so you can ensure your vehicle is not parked on the street during those times.
🅿️ 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 – while we are officially no longer in the winter season, the Winter Parking Restrictions, 72 hour restriction on parking on Town boulevards, remain in effect until April 30th.
