We’re hiring for the position of Director of Public Works

The Director of Public Works provides leadership and oversight to the Public Works Department, and advice, technical guidance, and strategies to the Chief Administrative Officer regarding public works, operations, infrastructure and green spaces. The position oversees the operations and maintenance of the Town’s infrastructure including, roadways, green spaces, storm water management systems, municipal drainage, facilities management, streetlights, equipment and machinery. In addition, the Director of Public Works will be responsible for the development and management of the Public Works capital and operating budget, develop project plans, purchase supplies, allocate resources, estimate and monitor job costs, assist team members in resolving work issues, and liaise with all Town departments, developers, contractors and utility companies in coordination of services and projects.
