💪 Fitness classes will be offered to the community Monday evenings in the Community Hall starting February 3rd. Feel stronger, stretch further, and reach your fitness goals!! This dynamic strength and flexibility class welcomes ages 16 years and up. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, Coach Laura will guide you through a fun, energizing workout with modifications and variations offered to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace.
