With the current weather forecast, the Extreme Fire Weather Index does appear that it will continue until there is a reprieve in the weather. A fire ban has been issued for the Town of Pilot Butte as of May 7, 2025 until further notice.

Please DO NOT start any controlled burns, do not burn grass or leaves in your yard, ditches or field and do not set off fireworks of any kind or sky lanterns. Firepits are NOT allowed during the fire ban.
