Our family moved to Pilot Butte in 1967 from a farm north of town near Zehner. My husband Kim and I raised our two boys, Carter and Evan, in this great community. They played multiple sports and were involved in many community events, volunteering alongside us. We now have 4 wonderful Grandchildren, so we know the parks and playgrounds around Pilot Butte very well!
I presently work at Queen City OBGYN as a Senior Receptionist/Office Manager. With a background in healthcare, I believe I have the skills necessary to make sound, informed decisions that prioritize the needs of residents.
I have seen huge growth over the years; a tiny outdoor rink to an arena in 1970 (big stuff to a kid), a Village to a Town in 1980 and the ball diamonds, library, playground, etc. developed into a beautiful park area to name a few.
I have volunteered with the School, Rodeo, Minor Ball, Minor Hockey, and St. Agnes Church which has deepened my understanding of what it takes for a community to thrive.
As a dedicated resident for over 50 years, I am passionate about fostering the growth and sustainability of our town. I will work hard to ensure that Pilot Butte remains a great place to live, work and raise a family. I am committed to listening to concerns and making informed, transparent decisions that move our community forward.
