Scott Einarson

My wife, Denise, and I built our home in Pilot Butte 23 years ago. We have one son, Stephen, which has attended both Pilot Butte School and Greenall High School prior to his university studies.
I grew up on a family farm in eastern Saskatchewan and this upbringing has instilled in me a solid work ethic and an appreciation of strong community ties. I’ve volunteered my time in Pilot Butte’s community by being involved in minor ball, soccer, school volleyball programs and am currently Co-Chair of the Pilot Butte Beautification Committee.

My work experience includes 28 years in the banking IT sector and I currently hold the role of Senior Director, IT Operations with CIBC. My role includes: managing diverse teams, responsible for large budgets, and developing long term technology strategies. In addition, I oversee people development, vendor management, contract negotiations, crisis management and work with multiple business teams on continuous improvement.

I look forward to working alongside our town residents, staff and the members of our Council to support Pilot Butte’s small town atmosphere and contributing to Pilot Butte’s future development for generations to come.
