Snow Removal on Sunday November 24, 2024
It sounds like we have a snow weekend ahead!! ❄ Public Works will be doing snow removal on Sunday November 24th. Please try to remove vehicles from street parking if possible to allow our crews the best opportunity to clear the roads. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
Additional Information from the Snow and Ice Control Policy 03-2017:
❄ Snow and Ice priorities are subject to change based on the circumstances surrounding a particular snowfall at management’s discretion. Snow and Ice Control priorities following the end of a typical snow event shall follow the Priority Snow Removal Map. See map pinned as a Featured Post at the top of our Facebook page or under local notices on our website.
❄ Snow and ice place on municipal streets, sidewalks, pathways or Municipal facilities by individuals or companies is not permitted.
❄ Snow and Ice Control Operations for residential driveways will allow for a maximum of 24 foot section to be cleared by the Town through the Public Works and Maintenance Department to provide access to a driveway
