Please check your junk folder AND deleted/bin folder, as after 10-30 days (timeframes vary for different email accounts) emails that defaulted to junk mail automatically move to the deleted folder, and after 30 days is automatically deleted from the account.
Our technical support believes that due to cyber security some emails may be automatically blocked by the recipient’s email account, which may be the reason you are not receiving utility e-notices in your Inbox from the Town of Pilot Butte.
