Parcel D (as shown in orange) is set to rezone from Urban Holding District (UH) to Residential Low Density District (R1). The rezoning will accommodate the proposed residential subdivision with single-family dwellings. Council will hold a public hearing for the proposed Bylaw No. 6-2022 at 7:00 p.m. (local time) on Monday, June 27, 2022, in the Town Office to hear any concerns from the public.
