Public Notice- Notice of Intent to Re-zone

Public Hearing on April 25th, 2022 at 7:00 pm.

INTENT: To re-zone part of Parcel E (as shown in orange) with Plan No. 101522977, NW ¼ Sec. 34 Twp. 17 Rge. 18 W2 Meridian from Urban Holding District (UH) to Residential Single Detached Dwelling District (R1A). The re-zoning will accommodate the lot areas and lot frontages proposed in the recent Residential Subdivision Plans as shown in black within the orange area.
