For those that receive utility notices by e-notice (email), please log into your Customer Portal account at www.portal.pilotbutte.ca to view the current outstanding balance, as the amount noted in the email may not accurately reflect the actual bill amount due to a system glitch. If you have recently made a payment, please note it may take 24-48hours for your account balance to update online due to processing and scheduled system updates.
