Town Office payment related system upgrades October 28 & 29th
The Town Office will experience upgrades to payment related systems on Monday October 28th and Tuesday October 29th. What does this mean to residents? The office will still be open and you can make payments as per usual; online, by credit card through Option Pay, debit, cash and cheque in our office, but due to the system upgrades we will not be able to process and apply the payments until October 30th. This just means we will not be able to provide payment receipts with updated balances in office those 2 days and Customer Portal users will not receive their e-notice payment receipts or see balance updates until later on the 30th.
