SAMA Property Reviews

Please be advised that Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) representatives will be reviewing properties in Pilot Butte until September 30, 2022. The last time physical inspections were done of homes in Pilot Butte, was in the early to mid 80’s.

This review coincides with letters sent out in March of this year to all residents, advising them of SAMA’s intent to review properties. This also is in conjunction with the forms they sent out with the letter, to have us all fill out and return to ensure our assessments are up to date.

If a SAMA representative comes to your door, please give them a moment of your time. They will have proper identification but if you have any questions, please feel free to call SAMA at 306-924-8088 or email regina.region@sama.sk.ca. If you see a SAMA representative reviewing a property from the outside, they are just taking notes. Appraisers will be leaving door hangers if they need additional information regarding the property.
