The Town of Pilot Butte is pleased to announce that we are now accepting payments with select credit cards through the OptionPay System. Payments for Town of Pilot Butte services, including utilities, taxes, accounts receivable payments, permits/licenses and others, may be paid online or through the Town Office. Payments using an online service may take a minimum 3 business days to process, please allow plenty of time before the due date to avoid interest fees. OptionPay uses a tiered fee schedule with a minimum fee of $2.00, please visit the OptionPay’s fee schedule for more information. All fees associated with OptionPay are paid by the cardholder.

Services Currently Offered on OptionPay
In order to make your payments online, there are some required numbers on your notices/bills that you will need. Choose the service type below for instructions on how to find those numbers required to make your payments. If you have any issues or are unsure of which information to enter, please contact Town Office by phone 306-781-4547 or email: general@pilotbutte.ca.

When making a payment to your utility bill using OptionPay, you will need to provide the ACCOUNT NUMBER. This can be found on your monthly utility bill.
When making a payment to your Tax Account using OptionPay, you will need to provide your ROLL NUMBER. This can be found on your Annual Tax Notice.
When making a payment for your INVOICE using OptionPay, you will need to provide your INVOICE NUMBER. This can be found on your Invoice Notice.
When making a payment for your TICKET/FINE using OptionPay, you will need to provide your TICKET NUMBER. This can be found on your Ticket.
When making a payment for your PERMITS/LICENSES using OptionPay, you will need to provide a DESCRIPTION (ex. Pet License or Deck Permit).
When making a payment for under OTHER using OptionPay, you will need to provide a DESCRIPTION (ex. Summer Fun Registration Fee, Hall or Ice Rental).
Fee Schedule
OptionPay is a payment card system with a tiered fee schedule with a minimum fee of $2.00 per transaction. All transaction fees are payable by the cardholder and will be included in your transaction. You will have the option to approve or discontinue your transaction. Details on OptionPay can be found on the OptionPay website. The fees are administered through the OptionPay program for the use of their service, and not through the Town of Pilot Butte.
