The News and viewS publishes 10 issues per year, September to June.
All submissions due by the 20th of the month. Any submission received after the 20th may be inserted at the discretion of the News and viewS. Please send submissions as a .pdf or .jpeg or .pub or .doc ready for insertion in the issue. For more information, please email newsletter@pilotbutte.ca
Pricing, Payments & Deadlines
The deadline for submissions is the 20th of each month no later than 5:00 pm.
The NEW pricing as of September 2024 is as follows:
¼ page $35 – Approximate size 3.6″ W x 5″ H
½ page $45 – Approximate size 7.25″ W x 5″ H
Full page $65 – Approximate size 7.25″ W x 10″ H
Back page Sponsor – $150.00 Approximate size 2″ W x 1″ H
Payment is required to be made at the time of submission of the ad. If payment not received, the News and viewS may be unable to insert the ad.
The News and viewS can now accept and send e-Transfers! Please send e-transfer payments to pbetransfer@sasktel.net. There is no need for a password as we are set up for auto deposit. Please include a brief description in the message field. We also accept cheque or cash payments. Please make out the cheque to the Town of Pilot Butte, and mailed to:

You may also drop off your payment at the Pilot Butte Town Office. There is a mail slot to the left of the lobby doors, if after hours.
