Please contact the Town Office to notify us of your move, receive an emailed Welcome Package containing helpful information for your move & stop by the office once you’ve arrived in Town to pick up a Welcome Package containing information & items from a variety of local businesses. We love to meet our new residents!

E-notices
The Town offers e-notices as alternative delivery method to mailed delivery for Utility Notices, Tax Notices, Assessment Notices and payment receipts. As of February 2024, the Town implemented the Customer Portal program, where residents can register for an account to access current and past (as of your sign up date, previous notices are not uploaded) utility, tax notices and receipts and current account balances! VoyentAlert!
The Town of Pilot Butte now uses the Voyent Alert! notification system to keep residents informed on day-to-day notices, general information and critical information. Examples of notices sent using this system include but are not limited to town events, road closures, policy or procedure changes which effect residents and local emergency alerts, as well as reminders for collection pick up days. The Town has a local newsletter that is published 10 times per year (September to June). The current digital edition and archived editions are always available on the News & Views webpage., and paper copies are available at numerous collections areas:
