You’re invited to schedule a one-on-one meeting with the Pilot Butte Mayor, Peggy Chorney, to voice your questions, concerns, or just share your ideas and opinions!

Timeslots will be available once a month and booked on a first come first serve basis. Please view the availability chart and use the form below to request a timeslot. Once your request is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from the Town Administration.

  • Meetings are shown in 30 minute time slots on the availability chart but can also be booked up to 60 minutes, subject to availability.
  • Please use this field to provide information of the reason/purpose for the meeting and items to be discussed, for the Mayor to familiarize with the topics and any required background information to best address the topics. **All information provided will be kept confidential**
  • If a document or file is pertinent to your meeting discussion please upload the document/photo for the Mayor to reference in advance of the meeting.
