Facility Rentals

Pilot Butte hosts a variety of recreation locations and facilities that can be rented by local residents and non-locals.

The Community Hall

The Community Hall is available to rent for many different occasions such as birthday parties, family gatherings/events, weddings, etc.

Capacity

Seating compacity 150.
Fire regulations allow a maximum standing capacity of 318 persons.

Prices

Hourly rate: $38.85

Fundraisers/Commercial and General daily rentals:
Local: $225
Non-local: $300

Wedding Package- $610.00
(Includes set up the day prior by making arrangements with staff prior to 5 p.m., stage rental, use of kitchen & clean-up the day after until 12 noon)

Stage Rental- $100.00/Event

Kitchen Only- $40.00/day

Janitorial fees: $37.00/hour

Damage deposit (as required): $350.00
Returned within 30 days after rental, with adequate clean up completed and no facility damages.

Golden Sunset Club

If you’re looking for a place to rent for a shower, birthday party, craft night, games night or exercise class the Golden Sunset Club is available. Please contact Lynette Nagy at 306-539-8281 or Mary Ross at 306-539-5187 for rates, dates and any other information.
Maximum capacity is 59 persons.
