MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR THE 33RD YEAR OF THE PILOT BUTTE RODEO
JUNE 19, 20 & 21, 2026

The Pilot Butte Rodeo typically takes place Father’s Day weekend/mid June. This weekend long event hosts not only the rodeo events themselves, but family fun day activities, a fantastic parade, followed by an evening Cabaret & more! Information about the event will be updated as available- please check back for updates!

 


Rodeo Weekend events & timeline

Friday June 19th

  • 5:30pm Rodeo Slack
  • Caitlyn’s Crusader’s, Bronc riding, Beer Gardens & Karaoke to follow

Saturday June 20th

Family Fun Day Events:

  • 8:00am – 10:30am Breakfast at the Pilot Butte Recreation Center – silver collection
  • 9:00am – 10:30am Face painting at the Pilot Butte Recreation Center
  • 10:30am Family Fun Day Parade – see below for the Parade route!
  • 12:00pm – 4:00pm Family Fun Day activities

Rodeo Events:

  • 9:30am Heavy Horse Pull
  • 11:00am EPCCA Pro Tour Chariot Races
  • 12:30pm CCA Rodeo & Beer Gardens
    • EPCCA Pro Tour Chuckwagons to follow
  • 8:00pm Doors open for the Cabaret at the Pilot Butte Recreation Centre featuring Foxx Worthee, 3rd Degree Birnz & DJ Dusty

Sunday June 21st

  • 9:00am Cowboy Church Service
  • 11:00am EPCCA Pro Tour Chariot Races
  • 12:30pm CCA Rodeo & Beer Gardens
    • EPCCA Pro Tour Chuckwagons to follow

 

Rodeo Admission at the Gate:

Friday - free
Saturday - $20
Sunday - $20
Students - $10
Preschoolers - free

If so please download and complete the Parade Entry Registration Form and email the completed form to recreation@pilotbutte.ca or drop off at the Recreation Office located inside the Recreation Centre at 222 Diamond Place. We'd love to include new participants!
