This page will provide you with all of the Town of Pilot Butte’s programs at this time. You may also find information related to COVID-19 guidelines for specific programs. As more programs become available please continue to check this page for the most up to date information.
Since some programs are currently limited, this page will have information on the Coronavirus, Physical Distancing, Managing Stress, links to Public Health Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan. At times At Home Activity Guides may be found here as well.

Self-screening is required for everyone entering the Community Hall for a Town Program. Please view this Community Program Screening Questionnaire or use the Government of Saskatchewan’s online Self-Assessment tool here: Government of Saskatchewan Self-Assessment Tool. Those who are sick or have symptoms of COVID-19 will not be able to participate in programs.
Kristina Gasparic-Block is returning to teach Pound on Thursday evenings from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm. This session will be 8 weeks in length starting January 14th and ending March 11th. There will be no class on February 18th. Fees are $75.00 for the 8 weeks. Registration forms and payment are due together. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (Town of Pilot Butte), debit or E-transfer (pbetransfer@sasktel.net). Registration opens Tuesday December 22nd at 9:00 am. Forms and payment will not be accepted if they are sent in before 9:00 am will not be accepted.

Forever in Motion is a fitness class for older adults. The program goal is to improve and/or maintain the health of older adults living in the community through education and physical activity. The program includes endurance, strength, balance and flexibility activities which may be performed either in sitting or standing positions. This is a free program offered on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at the Pilot Butte Community Hall. Class times are 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
Due to COVID-19 this previous drop in class now requires pre-registration. Registration will take place in 2 month blocks:
1. March and April
2. May
2021 Forever in Motion COVID-19 Guidelines
Is a free play time for parents/guardians and their toddlers to come and play in the Community Hall. Open Play for Parents and Tots happens on Monday mornings from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. Due to COVID-19 and the need for contact tracing we require parents or guardians to sign in when they arrive. Sign in will be conducted through an online form which can be accessed through a QR Code. It is important that when you sign in you include the names of everyone who came with you.
