Utility Notices & Canada Post Strike

Due to the Canada Post Strike, utility notices cannot be sent by mail this month.

📄 Printed Utility notices are now available, as of October 3rd, for residents to pick-up at the Town Office, at 222 Diamond Place.

📧 For those signed up for e-notices, email notifications were sent on October 2nd. Please check your inbox/access your Customer Portal account to view the notice. If you did not receive the email notification in your inbox, please check your junk/spam.
 
With the unknown timeframe of the Canada Post Strike, there's no time like the present to sign up for e-notices for taxes and utilities! With e-notices, you receive an email notifying you a new document is available to view on the Customer Portal, with a link to sign in to view your current notice, payment receipts, balances, plus previous notices and receipts (as of the date you sign up for e-notices). The email notification will also contain brief details of the notice for quick and easy reference: Account number, Bill Amount, Current Balance, Due Date. 📧
 
 
How to sign up for e-notices
1.  Visit the Town website at the link below to complete the form to request notices be sent by e-notice going forward.
2. We will receive your request and make the change in our system within 1-2 business days.
3. Once we have updated your delivery to e-notices you will be able to register for a Customer Portal account. This account is where you will be able to view balances, current and previous notices (as of the date you sign up for e-notices). Your first e-notice will also include the link to register for a Customer Portal account and the information you will need for registration.
