Voyent Alert notification system

Effective November 1, 2023, our current Synrevoice messaging system has been discontinued and replaced with VoyentAlert! VoyentAlert is a multi-purpose communication service to keep you informed on emergency notices as well as day-to-day communications and reminders such as road maintenance and closures, water advisories, etc. VoyentAlert allows you to receive alerts over a wide variety of communication channels including mobile apps, text/SMS alerting, email or voice dial. You can register for one or more communication channels. Registration for the service is FREE, simple, and anonymous.

View your Utility & Tax notices online!

As of February 1, 2024 the Town had implemented a new program, the Customer Portal, for providing e-notices for taxes & utilities. E-Notice notifications are sent by email, with a link to sign in to the Customer Portal website to view your current notice, payment receipts, utility and tax notices, as well as previous notices (since your e-notice sign-up date) and current balances! The email also contains brief details of utility notices for quick and easy reference- Account number, Bill Amount, Current Balance, Due Date.
