Monday Night Fitness Class

Coach Laura Sullivan is back to lead Monday Evening Fitness classes! Coach Laura has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and has hosted classes in Pilot Butte previously, including Monday Evening Strength & Stretch earlier in 2025, Run Club and even a Goat Yoga class!
Classes will take place on Monday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30pm starting November 3rd at the Pilot Butte Community Hall.
Join us for a powerful combo of strength training and flexibility! This 1 hour class consists of 30 minutes of resistance + cardio and 30 minutes of yoga + mobility. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Coach Laura will guide you through a fun, energizing workout with modifications and variations offered to ensure everyone can participate at your own pace. To end the class, enjoy a refreshing cold lemongrass cloth to cool down and rejuvenate.
