Remembrance Day Service

A Remembrance Day Service is hosted annually on Tuesday, November 11th at the Pilot Butte Community Hall.

The Service will start at 10:45 am.
Dainties and refreshments to follow.

If you or an immediate family would like to lay a wreath or have a family member’s name added to the war memorial please contact the Recreation Program Coordinator at 306-781-6253 or programs@pilotbutte.ca

Field of Poppies Wall

We invite the community to help create a meaningful Field of Poppies wall for the service at the Community Hall. Participants are encouraged to create a poppy (using paper, felt, fabric, knit/crochet, etc.) and submit it on its own or include a brief reflection about what Remembrance Day represents to you, or a dedication in honour of a veteran. All contributions, big or small, are encouraged and appreciated as we come together to remember.

If you wish to participate, please have all contributions dropped off at the Town Recreation Office by 4:00pm on Monday, November 10th.
