
September utility notices cannot be sent by mail due to Canada Post Strike
Due to the Canada Post Strike, September utility notices cannot be sent by mail. Residents have a couple options for receiving notices:
📄 Utility notices will be available for residents to pick-up at the Town Office starting on Friday October 3rd.
📧 Sign up for e-notices! With e-notices, you receive an email notifying you a new document is available to view on the Customer Portal, with a link to sign in to view your current notice, payment receipts, balances, plus previous notices and receipts (as of the date you sign up for e-notices). The email notification will also contain brief details of the notice for quick and easy reference: Account number, Bill Amount, Current Balance, Due Date.

𝟏. Visit the Town website at the link below to complete the form to request notices be sent by e-notice going forward.

𝟐. We will receive your request and make the change in our system within 1-2 business days.
𝟑. Once we have updated your delivery method to e-notices you will be able to register for a Customer Portal account. This account is where you can view balances, current and previous notices (as of the date you sign up for e-notices). Your first e-notice will also include the link to register for a Customer Portal account and the information you will need for registration.
