Event Participation

  • Fees: $100/day
  • Menu Requirement
    • Each participant must offer a $7 small-portion menu item for customers, which will also be used for the Fan Favourite judging.
  • Judging Criteria
    • Fan Favourite – Ballots will be filled out by customers at the ballot station.

Terms and Conditions

  • Vendors must be self-sufficient: bring your own electrical supply or generator and supply your own water.
  • Trucks must be set up before event start time. No vehicles will be allowed to enter or leave after this time.
  • Trucks must remain in the event area for the duration of the event. Move-in/out is only permitted with event manager approval.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own health, fire, safety, licensing, and insurance. Proof of insurance is required. The Town of Pilot Butte is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • Vendors are responsible for bagging and disposing of their own garbage, and for proper disposal of grey water and grease. No on-site dumping is permitted.
  • Event is rain or shine. Cancellation occurs only due to inclement weather. No cancellation fees will be charged.
  • Truck placement is at the discretion of event management.
  • Staff parking and a restock loading area will be designated closer to the event.
  • Vendors must comply with all applicable food safety, health, and municipal regulations.

Payment Options

  • In person at the Town Office in the Recreation Centre located at 222 Diamond Place.
  • Dropped off in the mail slot located along the East entrance to the Recreation Centre.
  • Cheque mailed to the Town Office: Town of Pilot Butte PO Box 253, 222 Diamond Place Pilot Butte S0G 3Z0.
  • E-transfer to pbetransfer@sasktel.net (include your name and what the payment is for in the message).
  • By credit card through the Option Pay system (subject to fees based on the amount of the transaction). In the Transaction Details section choose "Other" as the type and include what the payment is for in the Description field.
