Call for Tender - Arena Canteen Operations

The Town of Pilot Butte is inviting tenders from interested parties for the operation of the Arena Canteen located within the Pilot Butte Recreation Centre at 222 Diamond Place.

The Town is seeking an experienced and motivated operator to manage canteen services that support rink programming, tournaments, community events, and regular facility use.

The Pilot Butte Recreation Centre is a busy community hub hosting a variety of activities, events and regular programming throughout the year, including:

• Minor hockey programming

• Figure skating

• Public skating

• Tournaments and special events

• School and community rentals

Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Tender Information Package.

Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
