Growing Our Arts Program Together
The Town of Pilot Butte is excited to announce that, beginning in Fall 2026, the Town will be managing all registrations and bookings for our community arts classes and workshops.
This change will help take some of the administrative pressure off our incredible volunteer committee on Pilot Butte Arts, while supporting the continued growth and success of the program.
The Pilot Butte Arts Committee started this program with a passion for bringing creativity, connection, and opportunities to our community. What began as an idea has grown into the vibrant and successful arts program we enjoy today thanks to their incredible dedication, passion, and support.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Pilot Butte Arts Committee for everything they have done to build and nurture this creative space in our community. We are excited to work alongside them as the program continues to grow!

The Town has been working behind the scenes to create a new registration system that will make signing up for arts classes easier and more convenient!
Our new registration system will give participants access to helpful features such as:

- Online payments — Conveniently pay for your registered programs online.
