Pucks & Pups 2027 Calendar - Pilot Butte Dog Park fundraiser

YOUR DOG COULD BE A CALENDAR STAR!

The Town of Pilot Butte has collaborated with the Pilot Butte Storm and is excited to announce a fun new fundraising initiative in support of the permanent development of a Pilot Butte Dog Park!

We’re looking for our community’s beloved four-legged friends to help fill the pages of our 2027 Community Dog Calendar!

Here's how you can get involved:

1. ENTER YOUR DOG!

Register your furry friend for a chance to be featured in our 2027 calendar.
- *must be a Pilot Butte resident/have a Pilot Butte address
A minimum entry fee of $20 is required.
- 100% of all entry fees will go directly towards the development of our permanent dog park.
Registration closes November 15, 2026.
Following the registration deadline, 24 lucky entries will be randomly drawn, giving their pups the opportunity to be featured in one of the calendar months!
If your furry friend is one of the lucky entries drawn, you will be contacted with photoshoot information.

2. GET YOUR CALENDAR!

Calendars will be available for purchase in December for $20 each.
- 100% of calendar sales will go towards the dog park fundraising initiative.

Supporting the Future Pilot Butte Dog Park

Every dog entered and every calendar purchased helps us work toward our goal of establishing a permanent Dog Park in Pilot Butte!

This fundraiser is a fun way to celebrate our community's four-legged friends, support our local hockey team, and contribute to a new recreational space for dogs and their owners to enjoy.

I acknowledge that by entering my dog into the Pucks & Pups Calendar Fundraiser and participating in any associated photography sessions or activities, there may be risks of injury, illness, loss, or damage involving my dog, myself, other participants, or property.

I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to release, indemnify, and save harmless the Town of Pilot Butte, the Pilot Butte Storm, and their respective elected officials, officers, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, and other participants from and against any claims, proceedings, actions, costs, losses, damages, or injuries arising from my dog's participation in the fundraiser and associated activities, including interactions with other animals or individuals, except to the extent prohibited by law.

I confirm that I am the owner or authorized caretaker of the dog being entered and accept responsibility for my dog's behaviour, supervision, and safety during any associated activities.

Town of Pilot Butte Pet Photography & Image Release Agreement

I hereby grant permission for my dog to be photographed as part of the Town of Pilot Butte's Pucks & Pups Calendar Fundraiser.

I acknowledge and agree that photographs of my dog may be used by the Town of Pilot Butte and the Pilot Butte Storm for the production of the 2027 Pucks & Pups Calendar, as well as for promotional materials, social media, websites, publications, advertising, and other related purposes.

I further acknowledge that the photographs and resulting promotional materials may be published, reproduced, and distributed without additional permission or compensation.

By agreeing, I confirm that I am the owner or authorized caretaker of the dog being photographed and consent to the use of its images as outlined above.
