Truth & Reconciliation Gathering

Join us for a meaningful Truth & Reconciliation Gathering at the Pilot Butte Community Hall.

The program will be led by Evan Whitestar, Indigenous advocate, who will guide participants through a traditional smudging ceremony, prayer, and educational presentation focused on the meaning and importance of Truth and Reconciliation.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about Indigenous culture, traditions, and the ongoing journey of reconciliation, while coming together as a community in a welcoming and respectful setting.

To create an engaging and interactive experience, the gathering will also feature traditional games and live drumming, inviting participants to take part while building cultural understanding, appreciation, and community connection.
