Outstanding utility balances as of Dec 31, 2025 transferred to taxes

Any outstanding utility balances as of the end of December have been transferred from utility accounts to tax accounts. If there was a balance still outstanding from the December 1, 2025 utility notice and a payment not received by December 31st, that balance plus applicable interest was transferred to tax accounts. Utility payments made will be allocated to taxes to reduce that balance.
