Seniors’ Centre Without Walls
📞 Seniors’ Centre Without Walls - Stay Connected from the Comfort of Home! 💬
Seniors’ Centre Without Walls (SCWW) program is a community initiative designed to connect older adults—especially those who may be isolated or unable to attend in-person programming—through telephone-based activities.
Instead of meeting in a physical space, participants call into a scheduled session and join others over the phone. It’s simple, accessible, and doesn’t require internet or technical skills.
Join others for:
🧠 Games & trivia
💬 Friendly conversations
💪 Gentle fitness sessions
🎶 Music & more
How to participate:
1. Any adult aged 55 or older living in Saskatchewan is welcome to join!
2. Call Ronda at 306-692-2242 to complete your initial registration.
3. Once registered, you will receive a phone call on weekdays at 10:00 AM and can choose to join or decline the session depending on their interest that day. If someone prefers not to register, they can still participate by calling 1-855-204-8148 at the time of the session.
Please note: Some sessions have limited capacity (up to 10 participants), so early registration is encouraged.
This is a great way to stay active, social, and connect with others across the province!
