Loraas Collection Days & Snow Removal

Tomorrow is Loraas recycling collection. Please place your cart on your driveway/property, not on the roadway—the Loraas truck arms can reach carts safely from there. This helps our Public Works crew provide optimal snow removal without obstructions.

A few other snow removal reminders:

🚗 Remove vehicles off the street to allow snow clearing.
🚫 Do not place snow or ice from your property on municipal roads or sidewalks.
👍🏻 If you see a fire hydrant that is covered in snow or inaccessible and are able to help remove the snow, we appreciate it! This ensures the fire department can access it quickly in case of emergency.
☎️ Town crews also check hydrants, but if you notice one that’s inaccessible and cannot clear it, please let us know.
