Did you know? ATV Bylaw No.03-2021

The Town of Pilot Butte has an ATV Bylaw No. 03-2021 that provides information and requirements for use of an ATV. A few key points from the ATV Bylaw include:
3️⃣0️⃣ No person shall operate an ATV at a speed in excess of 30 km/hr.
🌛💤 No person shall operate an ATV between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am in town- please respect our residents and their right to quiet enjoyment of their property.
📝 A Certificate of Registration from the Town must be obtained to operate an ATV. More information and the required documents are available on our website: https://pilotbutte.ca/atv-registration
🚫 ATVs can not be operated on Town parks, reserves, buffer strips, walkways and crown owned land.
