Public Notice as per the Public Notice Bylaw #15-2005
The Public Hearing on July 13, 2026 at 7:00pm will be moved from Council Chambers to the Community Hall - 222 Diamond Place, Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan
Additional information regarding the Discovery Ridge Public Hearing:
Pilot Butte Town Council does not support the addition of high-density development.
The Discovery Ridge Developer North Ridge Developments submitted a Bungalow Duplex development through a discretionary use application. The application requested the zone for the Bungalow Duplex to be changed to a R3, Multi-Residential. All discretionary use applications require notice of a public hearing and needs Council approval of a Development Plan, which becomes part of the Service Agreement with the Town. The developer cannot change the development plan and must adhere to the plan within the Service Agreement.
The Bungalow Duplex images attached below (click on the images to enlarge) and will be presented by the developer at the public hearing. A similar style of condo community for visual reference is Monterey Sunset Condos in Regina. The development is not high-density and will be discussed at the meeting.
