We're hiring: Junior Asset Manager/Utility Clerk

The Town of Pilot Butte is hiring for the position of Junior Asset Manager/Utility Clerk.

 

The Junior Asset Manager/Utility Clerk works under the direct supervision of the Director of Water, Wastewater and Public Works. This position is responsible for the ongoing development and management of the Town’s Asset Management System, as well as supporting utility billing operations.
The role performs a variety of clerical, accounting, and customer service duties related to utility billing, including processing bills and payments, maintaining and managing utility accounts, and responding to customer inquiries.
