Prairie Crocuses on the Butte
Spring is in the air, and on the Butte! Prairie Crocuses have been spotted on the Butte, bringing a pop of purple to our spring prairie landscape!
Prairie Crocuses are some of the first plants to bloom after the snow melts. These lovely purple flowers are often found on the Butte, primarily on the south side, between late March to May.

This is the perfect time to get outside, take a walk, and enjoy the beauty of our local natural spaces as spring starts to unfold.
