Monday Night Fitness class continues tonight!

💪🏻 Monday Evening Workout Strength & Stretch classes continue tonight!


Join for a powerful combo of strength training and flexibility! This 1 hour class consists of 30 minutes of resistance + cardio and 30 minutes of yoga + mobility. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Coach Laura will guide you through a fun, energizing workout with modifications and variations offered to ensure everyone can participate at your own pace. To end the class, enjoy a refreshing cold lemongrass cloth to cool down and rejuvenate.
