Notice to Residents - Upcoming Busy Weekend at the Recreation Center

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that the annual Oldtimers Ball Tournament will be taking place on June 5th and 6th, alongside a private wedding event being hosted at the Recreation Center on Saturday, June 6th. In addition, the community-wide garage sale weekend will also be occurring during this weekend. As a result, the surrounding area is expected to experience increased traffic, parking congestion, and overall activity throughout the weekend.

To help accommodate both events and minimize disruption to neighbouring residents, designated parking for tournament participants and attendees will be directed to the following areas:

• Butte Street
• Alleyway along Diamond 4
• Railway Avenue

  

 

Parking at the Recreation Center on Saturday, June 6th will be reserved primarily for wedding guests.

Residents may notice increased pedestrian traffic and vehicle activity in the area throughout the weekend. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as organizers work to ensure both events operate safely and respectfully.
