An area of Pilot Butte was recently utilized for the filming of a documentary!
Earlier this week, you may have noticed people and vehicles in the pit area near the corner of Highway 46 and the Access Road. This was a permitted use of the area for filming a WWII documentary called SAS vs. The Nazis for National Geographic, which will be available on Disney+.
The documentary features never-before-seen interviews with British Special Forces members, along with historical reenactments filmed right here in Southern Saskatchewan! 🎥
