Please do not put landscape materials on the road
🌿 Summer weather is upon us, and that means landscape season is underway! We love seeing yards being maintained and spruced up throughout the community.
As you work on your landscaping projects, please remember that landscape materials should be placed on your property and not on the roadway. Materials left on roads can create safety hazards for drivers and pedestrians and, after street sweeping has been completed, can leave an unsightly mess.
🏡 Don’t forget about the Homeowners Landscape Deposit Program! Residents may be eligible for a $1,000 landscape deposit refund when landscaping is completed within 3 years of the date of permit approval.
