A Public Hearing will be held on Monday July 13, 2026 at 7:00pm at the Pilot Butte Community Hall for Town Council to review the following:

• Notice of Intent to Amend Bylaw No. 01-2023 - Official Community Plan and Bylaw No. 02-2023 - Zoning Bylaw - Discovery Ridge Phase II

• Notice of Intent to Amend Bylaw No. 01-2023 - Official Community Plan and Bylaw No. 02-2023 - Zoning Bylaw - Lafarge Street lots

Public Hearings are open to the public. Anyone wishing to speak at the Public Hearing is asked to sign in upon arrival and indicate that they wish to address Town Council.

Please note that the deadline for submitting written representations was July 8, 2026, as outlined in the Public Notice. All written submissions have been provided to Town Council for review and consideration and will not be read aloud during the Public Hearing.
