Reminder of the upcoming public hearing for the proposed Bylaw No. 01-2026 on March 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Town’s Council Chambers. If planning to attend, please enter through the Library entrance, at 222 Diamond Place.

INTENT:

To rezone a portion of the Hillside Park, located on Lafarge Street, from R1 – Single Detached Residential District to R2 – Urban Country Residential District to allow the development of three large Single-Detached dwellings, with one dwelling on each lot. The lands are legally described as Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block/Parcel 29, Plan 86R17347.
