Dear Residents,

I am deeply honored to have been elected to the Town of Pilot Butte Council for a second term and I am excited to continue working towards our shared vision for our community.

Seven years ago, my wife Amanda and I built our home here and put down roots in this wonderful town. We started our family and now have a two-year-old daughter, Poppy. We cherish the small-town feel of Pilot Butte, and I am committed to maintaining it as we grow. I have been employed with The Mosaic Company for the past 16 years as a Global IT Manager. During my elected term, I served as the council representative on the regional Emergency Management Organization (EMO) committee, the regional RCMP committee, and the Pilot Butte Fire committee. Additionally, for the past three years, I have had the honor of serving as the Deputy Mayor.

Over the past term, I have prioritized sustainable growth, affordability, and enhancing our quality of life. Moving forward, I will continue to focus on economic development, infrastructure investments, community facilities, healthcare, and collaboration with the Prairie Valley School Division. I am dedicated to preserving our small-town charm while accommodating new residents through low-density housing.

I believe in listening to residents’ ideas and concerns and working collaboratively with the Council, Administration, and surrounding municipalities. Together, we can build on our progress and ensure Pilot Butte remains a wonderful and affordable place to live, work, and thrive.
