Loan Limit

100 items total per patron including: books up to the 100 limit, DVD and Videos 20, audio books 30, new release/popular items 5.

Patron Responsibility

• Keep track of the due dates and return/renew materials on time.
• Have and present your own library card to borrow materials.
• Keep your contact information up to date.
• Pick up requested material in a timely manner.
• Report lost or stolen library cards.

Loan Periods

• Books & Multilingual Resources – 3 weeks
• DVD’s, Blu-ray & Video Games- 1 week
  *Video Games cannot be renewed)
• CD’s (music & audiobooks)- 3 weeks

Renewals will be permitted twice on any item except if it is on hold. Patrons can renew any material belonging to any location at any location.

Late charges are no longer applied however lost charges still apply.

Replacement costs for lost/damaged items will be based on the value of the item.

Patrons will be notified about overdue items by an automated message system, either e-mail, if submitted, phone or mail. 1st notice after the due date. 2nd notice 17 days after due date. Billing notice 31 days after due date (by mail only).

Borrowing privileges are suspended when a patron has $10.00 or more in charges against his/her card. The charges may result from lost or damaged items and processing fees. Privileges may be restored when charges are paid.

Library cards are free. If you lose your card a replacement will cost $3.00.
