As we ring in the New Year, please remember that fireworks are prohibited within Town limits, including on New Year’s Eve.

Fireworks & Firecrackers Bylaw 10-2009:
🚫The throwing, propelling, ejecting, lighting, firing, exploding, setting off, or discharging of firecrackers or other fireworks of every nature of kind is hereby PROHIBITED in the Town of Pilot Butte except as herein provided.
✔ Fireworks and Pyrotechnic displays shall be held only with written approval of the Town of Pilot Butte Fire Chief.
