Property Tax Discount Reminder
The 8% discount on the municipal portion of property taxes is available until June 30, 2026!
To take advantage of this discount, payment must be received at the Town Office by 5:00 PM on June 30. This discounted amount can be found on your 2026 Tax Notice on the lower left side.
The Customer Portal dashboard balance does not reflect the discount. Please refer to your tax notice under Documents to confirm the discounted amount.
Payment Options:
- Online Banking – Through your online banking as a bill payment, use Pilot Butte (Town) Taxes. Your account number can be found on your tax notice in the top left corner (as roll number). Please note: Online payments can take 3–5 business days to be received and processed.
- In Person – We accept debit (please confirm your daily card limits with your bank), cheque, cash, or credit card (subject to transaction fees).
- Credit Card – Pay through Option Pay using the link available on the Town website (subject to transaction fees).
Important Reminder: This is the only discount period available. No further discounts will be offered after June 30. Current taxes are due December 31, 2026.
