Landscape Rebate
Did you fully complete the landscaping on your property this year? You may qualify for the $1,000 landscaping rebate!
When a new home is built, a portion of the building deposit is held until front and back yard landscaping is complete. Once everything meets the requirements, that deposit can be returned to the homeowner.
Here’s what you need to know:
✔️ Complete landscaping within 3 years of your permit date
✔️ Maintain proper lot grading (no impacts to neighbours)
✔️ Finish your yard with grass or landscaping to prevent weeds and erosion
✔️ Book an inspection by emailing permits@pilotbutte.ca (photos welcome!)
Once approved, you’ll receive your $1,000 rebate by cheque after the next Council meeting.
